Returns

  • blushnbliss.com – a trade name of Doon Movers Logistics Services(referred as “seller” from here on) request the buyers to place the order only if they agree with these terms:
    All the products are non-exchangeable and non-returnable, unless damaged or defective. To replace damaged or defective items, write to us at blushnbliss44@gmail.com or whatsapp at 7417065732 within 48 hours of receiving the product (after which the product is not liable for exchange). Don’t forget to attach your order invoice and a picture of the damaged product.
    Individual products from/included in a combos/bundled products are liable for exchange only if that product is damaged and buyer requests for exchange within 48 hours.
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags and brand labels intact.
    Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Seller will take 48-72 hours for analysing the request with buyer and then verify the request with delivery partner.
    Such damaged products should be sent to seller only after confirmation to buyer by seller through email, whatsapp or phone call.
    After receiving the damaged/broken product, the seller will intimate buyer about delivery of exchanged/new product in 48 hours ( after verifying with delivery partners).

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Buyers cannot cancel the order once the order is successfully placed and processed by payment gateway.
    Refund requests will be considered only in following cases:
  • If the delivery of product is not done in 45 days after successfully placing order by buyer as well as payment confirmation.
  • If our delivery partner do not service at the delivery location.
  • Receipient/buyer is not available at the delivery address/premises.
  • Incorrect/insufficient address is mentioned by the customer/buyer.
  • No refund requests will be entertained for damaged products. Any such damaged product will be exchanged as per our return/exchange policy terms.
  • No refund request will be entertained, if buyer or any person specifically mentioned by customer/buyer at the place of delivery, refuses to accept the delivery.

Shipping 

  • Once your order has been placed, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm dispatch and therefore acceptance of the order.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, an order confirmation email will be sent to you. Your order request will only be accepted once you have confirmed your order on the email/ mobile. Only after order confirmation , products will be packaged and assigned to our delivery partner.
  • Dispatch of all the product(s) ordered, may or may not happen at the same time.
  • We at blushnbliss check thoroughly the products ordered before packing the products. The product(s) will be inspected and packaged prior to handing them over to our trusted delivery partners.
  • Our delivery partners will bring the package to you as early as possible. In case, they are unable to reach the provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
  • We dispatch most orders within 4-6 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • There are no shipping charges for the orders equal and above the billing value of INR 499. However, if your order is less than INR 499, the shipping charges will vary according to Shipping Address or Exclusive offers on selected products.   
    Blushnbliss does not ship internationally at the moment.
